4. SMS / Text Message Marketing Program

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf (such as our messaging platform, Klaviyo) solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal information only with:
Service providers: Companies that help us operate, such as Klaviyo (email and SMS marketing platform), our point-of-sale and online ordering providers, payment processors, and website hosting providers. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional messages (such as order confirmations) or your SMS subscription, which is managed separately.
